MY MOM HAD HER TAXES PREPARED BY SHIV. HE FORGOT TO FILE THEM AND THE GOVERNMENT SENT HER THREE FINES AS A RESULT.
SHE WENT BACK TO SEE HIM AND HE SAID THEY ARE FILED NOW AND TOOK THE NEXT CUSTOMER WHILE SHE WAS STILL SITTING DOWN IN FRONT OF HIM.
NO APOLOGY, NO OFFER TO PAY THE FINES, NO RESPECT, NO DECENCY!!
DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE!!
