I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Stay clear!
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Stay clear!
It cost me close to $15k in back taxes, penalties and interest fees. This came from a combination of errors in claiming deductions when not entitled, inability to support calculated amounts to Revenue Canada when questioned and lack of response to Revenue Canada and myself to respond to their questions in a timely fashion. It's a 50/50 chance whether they will answer the phone when you call during normal business hours. There was no willingness to take accountability and/or offer to accept some of the ownership of the amount owed to the government at least just for the errors in calculations.
