Terrible service of a job poorly done.

Having paid mark to do a tax return in march 2014, it took well over 6 months to receive the return which wad supposedly mailed to us twice and never arrived (we are no longer in Canada) and eventually got emailed to us as we originally requested.
Finally after months of emails with no response we got our return and sent it off to Canada revenue. With Marks calculations we were expecting returns in excess of $800, however when we got our cheque from canada revenue it was for a measley $27 CAD. How did mark get this so wrong?
We paid this guy $100 for terrible service.
Extremely disappointed and would suggest you either find another accountant or do it yourself
